      Pros

      Work-life balance is great especially in Southern California. Development teams are a good place to learn and solve big problems.

      Cons

      Dated technologies makes it seem like they're way behind. Management needs better training. Agile is not a thing. Some projects seem to go on forever. Accrued vacation. Letting good employees go.

      Pros

      Smart people, great products, great engineering team. Stay away from finance.

      Cons

      Outside of engineering, the management is sophomoric. Imagine allowing a strong individual contributor with zero management skill to manage a team of 15 people. And then meet with each one of them every week and encourage each to rat on the others.

      Pros

      If you like to work hard you can have a great career progression, there is not a lot of competition most of the people are just cruising which makes it easier to shine if you deliver.

      Cons

      It's hard seen the company declining fast, too much politics and lack of execution. We are facing talent exodus to competitor and more relevant companies focusing on online operations.
