Cons

Too stable, no rigorous work, and hence slow growth and slow promotion. Salary is industry standards (justifiable with the amount of work) it's best for people with family. I would not suggest bachelors to stay in the company for too long, join after you are married.

I really liked working here. Stayed for 6 years. Lots of custom software to play with and build. Smart people to collaborate with. Its great for learning and growing.

Cons

It is a large company and has lots of bureaucracy as a result. Jobs can be siloed.
