      Pros

      Easy to communicate with other teams. Good Salary package. 2 parties in an year.

      Cons

      Managers doesn't know who to handle US employees. All their work is transferred to Indian employees which add up additional pressure. Senior management in India expect you to keep quite about it considering the package. if you go to them, they clearly show their bad face and try to kick you out, as you may gibe negative feedbacks in Surveys, which is vital in Akamai.
