      Pros

      I gained hands-on experience working with legacy systems and was able to develop a strong technical foundation. Some team members were great and supportive.

      Cons

      The company exploited my knowledge of a critical legacy system for over two years, offering little to no support during that time. Once the system was no longer needed, they let me go without hesitation. I felt like I was just a temporary tool rather than a valued team member. There was no real appreciation or effort to retain skilled employees. Poor communication from management and no clear growth path.
