Awesome work-life balance. Plus you get to put your hands in amazing trending technologies and be challenged.

Cons

Its flex-based working. If you are a social person and like to work in office so that you can see and mingle with team-mates, its not gonna happen all the time. But people are always available virtually. There is layoff often.
