Pros
Akamai is pretty flexible in the sense it allows professional and private life to exist in their own ways. Work is cool here and there is a good pool of talented people working in tandem.
Cons
Branding is not done properly. Even though we are a B2B company, but still brand name of the company especially in INDIA must be done.Campus hiring from top engineering like IITs, NITs, BITS etc colleges is the best way Akamai can achieve i believe.
