-completely out of their depths in the industry -made knee-jerk reactions to problems and never had a plan -MASS layoffs with virtually no communication to the remaining employees afterwards -Management were derelict in their duties while they mooched whatever money they could out of the business they killed.

Worst leadership. The CEO acted and talked as if she was a people person but for real she was a pretty horrible person and treated her employees as if she was better than them. Her other C suite members specifically the COO and CTO were just as bad. They could care less about people but expected everyone to jump when they said. Along with many other problems, with leadership and direction, it was quite a shame that they looked passed and never appreciated the excellent team that they had. I would suggest stearing clear!
