They kept me at my base pay when they took over the contract

Cons

As a lead I make more money than my reports but my reports have gotten a $4.22/hr pay increase in the last year and because I already made more than them, I have not seen a pay increase or cost of living increase

There was free breakfast on some days

Cons

The overall environment was bad once my company was acquired. The new manager micromanaged us and expected us to pull weight that simply wasn't there. I also had to shrink my skill set in order to perform my duties. Before acquisition, I was able to put my hands in all sectors of my department. I wouldn't mind going back, just not under the same manager.
