Great company with fair compensation. Beautiful HQ building. They also provide continuing education.

Cons

There was a threat of remote work being no longer being an option. Not sure if that is still the case.

Contracting for the government leads you twice annual possible layoffs depending on budget or debt ceiling negotiations. Contract work is always hit or miss. Less stability.
