Leadership is A-1. Great for learning and growing within an organization. The CEO and Director are awesome leaders.

Cons

on the east coast so if you're on the west may not be a fit if you're not willing to move or there is no active contract on the west coast. but other than that, if you get the opportunity to work with them, take it!
