Loved the work, under paid for how intensive training is (1+years)

Good colleagues, learned a lot, knowledgeable psychologists (who you work under).

Cons

Poor management and communication at times. Unclear job duties and frequent changes in work related tasks due to a lack of organization. Underpaid compared to average psychometrist pay in area and how extensive training is. Wont be fully trained until 1+ year due to the extensive list of measures given. Quality training, though not compensated fairly for it. No room for growth, nor pay increases.
