Amazing colleagues and talented staff, very rewarding and inspiring environment and mission

Cons

A lot of red tape makes it difficult to accomplish projects and the poor compensation and long hours are the largest downfalls

We recently introduced a “How Can We” Idea Challenge, and we encourage you to use this program to submit your suggestions regarding a such topics as: challenging and improving current processes, working differently; reducing costs, enhancing revenue; and reducing organizational waste. ~ Can not switch floors/ positions until you've been there for 1 yr ~ They can't work around my schedule for school ~ Being in the Float Pool you get put on the worst assignments ~ Pay sucks
