Currently company moves from fully remote work to hybrid, so you'll come to office 1-2 times a week. Coworkers are excellent, you can participate in interesting projects and work with famous companies like Microsoft. Good for start, for students.

Cons

Not all projects are interesting, company is interested to 'sale' you so some times you have to change project.
