Pros
- Good location in the historical center - I am satisfied salary and bonus system, competitive to other yaroslavl companies - Very good carear opportunities, you can start as a junior SDE and grow to be a part of the management - Relocation to USA opportunity (H1B sponsorship) - Very understandable management, understand complains, easy to speak about salary questions etc. - Clear understanding of what to do if you want to have more money - Interesting job - US projects, there are not much companies in the city where you can try yourself out in world-wide projects (I know only 2) - Trips abroad (to USA and not only, but I personally was only in USA) - Compensation for conferences, bonuses for participating in conferences - Nice people in the office - Additional work hours are always compensated - Initiative people are very welcome, it is good for such persons
Cons
- You should speak very beforehand about your vacation and it is hard to take days OOF e.g. this or next week - Without english skills no way for good carear, so you should know it at least intermediate to have grow - Sometimes we have stuck in the meeting room when 2 teams want to dicsuss something in the same time, so we have to deside what team will go for discussion to the kitchen
