Location at center of Kharkiv; Possible relocation to USA from Ukraine; Possible work with Microsoft; Developers with great skills ; Many customers with ability to change project; Good HRs.

Cons

Low salary; Very small paid vacation (just two weeks for new developer) and very hard to get unpaid vacation Open space workplace; Sometime requests to management is very long pending; Many very distributed teams which is require to be online or too earlier, or too late.

Everyone here is engaged, helpful, and friendly. I never feel like I was not a part of a team and Akvelon made it clear that everyone is important no matter what position you're in.

Cons

There's not much visibility for the company since it's fairly new but I know for sure everyone will recognize Akvelon soon!!
