A few good apples You move up the line really fast (because they can't hold onto people long term)

Cons

Good apples are over shadowed by everything else. confrontational atmosphere no appreciation for current employees management is disconnected, but insists on micro-management of everything

Growing company, informal atmosphere, awesome coworkers. I was very glad to work there. It provides many opportunities for students to become a very experienced developers.

Cons

Sometimes you have to switch to another project for some period of time, when it requires more developers to meet the deadline.
