- Disrespect to its employees. For example, you could be asked to do all sorts of stuff not related to your profession just because you're "on a bench". For example, as a QA you could be asked to write a proper long letter to propose akvelon's services to a new client. Isn't it great? Another example of disrespect to its employees would be that you literally can't pick your working machine. Even though HR specialist told it's possible on the interview, it's not. Instead what they do is they get you a bad ~$800 laptop. - Terrible atmosphere inside the company. I've met so many toxic, incompetent people that I genuinely felt amazed this company still somehow operates. - Lies. This company flat out lies to its clients. They literally forge resumes of their employees by adding extra technologies and education in order for it to be appealing. Good old buy low sell high rule. Conclusion. So they've hired me on a bench with promises of finding me a project with a desired tech stack. They offered like two projects with completely irrelevant tech stack. After I refused to join those projects they told be to agree to the next one they'll offer, otherwise I'll be fired. Cool, huh? This threat was when I only had been working for a month in the company. They then apologized and said they will try for another month. Oh, thanks! Why did you even take me on the bench and promised me to find a project that fits me if your resources are so limited?
