Nice very big company, that will give you chance to improve yourself
Pros
* It is a big company so you can work as a contractor for big players like Microsoft, Google, Github, Reddit,... * They have a lot of good engineers * They have a lot of material if you want to improve yourself in some technology. * Even though they are a big company, they try to make nice and friendly company culture * Big companies with a lot of clients will give you a lot of opportunities. * Regular calls with Delivery Manager, where you can talk about your personal development plan and If you need any help on your project. * They will help you with relocation P.S. No matter if it is a big or a small company if you want to advance in your career be proactive!
Cons
* Because they are big, they have some "micro-management" things that you need to do: - Log your tasks regularly. // Even though this is in con, I see it as a necessity, since they are a big out-sourcing company, and probably it is the requirement from clients. - It is nothing too extreme, but it can be boring... - Have a call regularly with Delivery Manager, where you would give a small high-level report on your tasks. // Probably also a necessity, since they have a lot of engineers, and want to keep their clients happy. (If you are a good engineer, you won't have problems with this) * Work conditions regarding vacation days can be different, depending on HR's location. (for eg. if HR is from one country, HR will give you one number, and if you talk with HR from a different county, HR will give you a different number)
