Pros

They are flexible with your school schedule. As long as you are willing to work at least 20 hours a week they will schedule you at times that work best for you. The majority of my coworkers were fun to work with as well.

Cons

They don't value work ethic. The most important quality to them is availability, so they will promote someone who has more available hours over someone who is a good employee. It is difficult to get a raise unless you threaten to quit. Upper management treats employees like they are worthless and replaceable. There are a lot of places to work in Logan that are much better than Al's so don't settle unless you have no other choice.
