None, long hours, low pay.

Cons

Managers and team leads are very toxic. managers are uneducated on systems, they bring in new adjusters at a very low pay and use scare tactics to keep them in line. the first 4 days management reads over the job descriptions. at the end of the training, they bring in diffrent systems to trip you up to let you go.

They will work with your time if you need to change your schedule and not point system when it comes to missing days or being late

Cons

The culture of the company is all about production with no regard to the employee. You receive 2 10 mins breaks and a 30 min lunch. They do not match 401k and the benefits are bare minimum. Pay rate is very low and you have absolutely no opportunity for growth in this company.
