Worley is a company that focuses on providing quality training for their employees. To ensure employees are successful they deploy managers and reinspectors at their expense. The company prides itself in trying to lead the industry so that their employees have quality work opportunities. From my experience they have one of the strongest leadership teams in the industry. I watched as they struggled to find the right answer for their employees in response to the healthcare dilemma when all they had to do was pay the penalty. Overall it is a great company that really cares for its employees. As with all large employers, they are not perfect but I can proudly say Worley is my home.
