HR is very uninvolved with new hire onboarding and just about all of the systems/software used by the company are outdated/inneffective. Opportunities for growth are extremely rare, and there are many who have worked in the same role for literal decades.

They literally don’t want to pay you. They are a year late on my raise and aren’t transparent about anything. They have unrealistic goals and make it abundantly clear that they don’t give a flip about their employees happiness. When you bring up a concern, you’re either ignored or given a false promise. There is NO room for growth and half the people who are lucky to be promoted are undeserving. Upper management is very much do as I say and not say I do, which isn’t a good look. Why don’t you set a good example?
