Pros

Large company in a small town - great opportunity for professional growth. Salary offered is very competitive and the facility is excellent.

Cons

Currently experiencing some growing pains - older employees not too happy about many of the changes which causes a morale issue. By going from a "mom and pop" type company to a more "corporate" environment, some of the little perks have been taken away.

Pros

If not for Worley, I never would have gotten a start. Plus, it is a source of pride to learn that the company you work for received the highest rating. Not to disparage the other companies, but Worley trainers seem to be older and more experienced. Worley is diversifying. Expect this to be a major advantage in the near future. I have been with Worley on three deployments, and I plan to stay with them.

Cons

It is a big company and you may feel like you're lost in the shuffle. Take heart, do your best, and you will make friends.

We recognize that as we grow, we need to increase our employee engagement to prevent our employees from feeling like they get “lost in the shuffle.” Your reassuring attitude represents a belief in two of our values: stewardship and passion. In limited cases, we do provide advances for employees experiencing hardships. Worley has been a family base company from its inception. Although the company is growing more and more each year you still feel part of the family. Opportunities are available to everyone.

Cons

Sometimes communication between chief executives to lower management is not updated on a regular basis.

It is probably the area with the most complaints and the area we consistently strive to improve.
