Pros
The work can be pretty consistent for those (like myself) who show up and work hard. Great pay in a short period of time. The managers I have worked for always seem to steer me in the right direction or put me in a position to suceed. There is always availability for training if you need a refresher or new training. The trainers on storm are really patient if you are trying to learn and have a good attitude. That's true throughout the company, the managers and staff match the attitude you bring. If you have a great attitude and you want to do well they are there for you.
Cons
The cons are not so much about the company as they are about the nature of the work. You need to prepare your family for deployments. The work is rarely in your town and you have to travel. The hours can be long, the work can get stressful if you let it, and you have to get out "on storm" to become competent.
