The senior leadership team is incredibly inexperienced and short-sighted, which works against the efforts of others to make positive changes. An outdated culture of favoritism, dishonesty, yes man mindset, and toxic/immature behavior hinders real growth. A complete lack onboarding, training, or even basic job descriptions leads to confusion and constant org chart changes. Team leaders are very young and lack relevant experience. People are promoted rapidly without proper training and expected to perform without clear direction or success metrics. Zero process, accountability, or consistency in day-to-day activities means that every initiative/project is a moving target with no planning or documentation. The benefits are antiquated, with very high OOP healthcare costs, no retirement plan benefit, and paltry bonuses.

Sometime you wonder if you are working for a manufacturing company or drama company , No sense of personal boundaries . You are going to be severely underpaid and expected to work long hours . The so called leaders have no vision ,they don't know what they want . Their only vision to sell more aerosol and make more money . No leadership skill in any of the top management folks . It is very common that you get shouted at always , you very often find your own higher up put you under the bus to save themselves . It's a very toxic work culture . I would suggest joining this company only if you are left with no confidence and choice . Coz when you join you will loose your confidence and become a tool yourself . And please expect 0 professionalism . This company don't know what that is . I have no idea how no one has sued any of the management people after all the ways they treat their co workers .
