Pros

You can work as much overtime as you want, decent PTO for upper management

Cons

No regard for the people of the company - the only view you as an employee and not a person. Insurance is very expensive. They play favorites, will move you around shifts multiple times in a month with no time off to adjust your sleeping schedule.
