Pros

-Truly hybrid job, two days in office, three from home -Nice office and facilities with nice breakroom -Provides tech (laptop, headset. Keyboard/mouse for office AND at home) -Relatively diverse staff, but still overwhelmingly Caucasian.

Cons

-Required to work 11AM to 8PM one day a week. -Required to work one Saturday a month -PTO is a joke -You must stay until your call is done (often past your scheduled end time) -Lots of POC quitting as of late

Pros

Great people, work environment, culture. Personal desk space. Understanding management. Training and resources are vast Plenty of room to grow within.

Cons

Communication is lacking from some departments. If you're a contingent you really are punished for working as hard or if not harder than others. HR doesn't seem to care about you if you fall into temp/contingent category. Can be overwhelming at times.
