Pros

Pros: 1. Flight benefit 2. Get to see lots of airport drama lol... (Passengers.... coworkers....) 3. Nice view 4. Developing strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. (I like this)

Cons

1. Lack of communication between the workgroups. (Ramp, CSA, In-Flight, etc... ) 2. Lack of support from management, but it REALLY depends on WHO. 3. Schedule sucks. The earliest shift starts at 0300 (8 or 10 hours); Once you in your big bid, you will have to bid with all 900 CSAs because it goes by seniority and you are the bottom one... 99% you will get what you dont want... 4. Hard to call out during your probation (you have to work 1040 hrs to pass it) 5. Even though you're under union protection, the union can't do much for you during your probationary period. 6. You will see a lot of LAZY coworkers, lead or sup. 7. Dealing with angry passengers every day, even when it’s not your fault, can be tough, but since you represent the airline, they often take it out on you.
