Pros

Employee's really do care about the customers and definitely travel experience is wonderful. The friendships turn into close family protective committed unity. The bond of love for work and family carries the work load pass the above and beyond mark. Truly the foundation of Alaska Airline holds true today! Caring, Customer Service, and Loyalty that's Alaska.

Cons

The stress of the airline business is the reality at Alaska as well. Pilot strikes cause delays or cancelation and that makes the public very stressful to work with, which robs the whole travel experience awful.
