      You can have massive influence over solutions. If you like Pair/Mob programming, you'll fit in here. Free Stand-by flights. Free baggage on flights.

      Cons

      Lack of synchronization on larger goals. TONS of legacy code. Be ready for achievements to not be reflected in compensation/title. Senior engineers are not more capable/experienced than most entry-level engineers. Only 2 career paths: maintaining a website or managing people who maintain a website.
