Locations vary. Good benefits, cruises. Managers live in cramped apartments and share an outhouse during the day. Lots of people are drunk all the time.

Cons

Safety is a joke. It's only a matter of time until someone gets killed. I hate this company.

Working at Holland America Princess Yukon for the summer in Juneau was great. Management is excellent, the job is interesting and co-workers are great. Plus getting the chance to live in Juneau for the summer is a plus.
