The tours travel through beautiful areas and the views are always fresh and new. great coworkers, housing opportunities are tailored towards younger people(dorm style/large shared kitchen)

Cons

does not pay enough compared to other companies in the area, tips are dependent on the demographic of guests, kitchen is usually a mess
