Great starting job, unfair treatment concerning promotions

Great job to start out with, great pay and great flexibility when it comes to hours

Cons

Employees are being promised promotions to keep them working in their lower position for a longer time. Takes forever to get interviews for these 'promotions' (which you have to apply for yourself, and will then be interviewed by multiple people. I quit because I got an opportunity at a different employer.
