Pros
Easy job, co workers and management were overall friendly and it was a job that helped me pay for things as a broke high school student.
Cons
During school the hours were great, but once summer hit they asked me to work 40 hour work weeks. When I said I couldn't they would give me 0-5 hours a week to work, pretty much forcing me to quit. They gave all the hours to newer employees around my age who had all the time to work, but as someone who is involved in the community with volunteer services and a second job I couldn't work 40 hours a week. Instead of giving me a cut of the hours, they gave them all to the newer employees. Was upset at first but found a much better job bussing tables getting tips and having more flexible hours.
