- Seniority is king, and interferes in every aspect of work you can think of - There are no incentives to perform well, but a mass of penalties for not meeting par or making mistakes - Upward mobility is not dependent on ability or work ethic, only on what your location currently lacks, and even then, don't assume other stores' employee pools can't gun for those same positions - Communication between the layers of management is bad, creating different - oftentimes conflicting - expectations for those they command, such that, day-to-day, there are always things not getting done, or being done wrong - The front end is severely disjoined from her sister departments, at all hours, contributing to the muddling of priorities daily - Training for all positions is laughably lacking, making new hires or transfers sharkbait to the clientele and management for weeks to months

The specific store was not at all a good place to work at. Could not get a straight answer from management whatsoever. The training provided to me was not at all useful as well. I do hope other stores are not this bad!
