I loved the staff I worked with, it was hard work, but easy if you planed ahead
Cons
as an assistant deli manager your pay is usually 1$ less than department manager. I went from 21$/hr as acting mgr at one store, and took the assistant position to only make 45 cents more than my clerk pay because the manager at the new location made the lowest for the position
