      Poor benefits. Senior leadership is uninspiring . The ceo and the c suite are so boring to listen to. Company is very old school, they can’t compete with the new age tech firms. They are bound to die a slow death

      It pays the bills, barely.

      Changing schedules, work load, un reasonable expectations from higher ups that have never worked at store level, the stress, being bothered from work off the clock, the customer is always right; this list does not end.

      Discount when getting groceries, that's all.

      Cons

      Working here was 24/7/365. The job was travel but a full day of travel was expected to still work a full day. Many projects involved teams, and you'd wait on other team Members. Other members wouldn't do their end, but you'd be the one responsible. Team members would spread gossip which most of the time weren't true. When it came to year end reviews, Managers would ask team members only for bad feedback on you. Anything good you did was never recognized.
