      Very few, and the remaining ones are going away fast. Free parking Free workout room (but no showers) The Boss leaves me alone mostly

      4-day in-office requirement Leadership does not care about our well-being Not reopening the cafe even with office requirement NO transparency from upper leadership 4-day office mandate is actually a "soft RIF"

      Pros

      Good people in middle level roles and a few good upper level leaders. Unlimited time off is fairly accurate with no issues getting 3 to 4 weeks during the year.

      Cons

      Disconnected senior leadership and upper level management. 4 day in office mandate and return to visibility instead of performance. Layoffs and restructurings. Highly political environment with little to no opportunity for career growth for a lot of areas. A lot of over-worked and burned-out staff.
