      Not micro managers, and good people

      Cons

      There isn't any structure to the job, and there have been layoffs, a return to office 4 days a week, and talk of a reorg. The job stability never felt like it was there. The culture is just okay. It doesn't seem like management cares about your future there, there is a lot of negativity, and there isn't a whole lot of fun. The processes seem old, and innovation is lacking.
