As long as you show initiative to work for more hours, they'll give them to you.
Cons
Just about everything, hours? Not guaranteed. Home/Life balance? What is that? Lunch breaks? Don't think I've gotten to take one in the last 5 months! this company loves to drain its workers, especially those who show initiative, I spent the last 3-4 months trying to move up the ladder, just one wrung, all to be told that I haven't "proved" myself because of things I do on my off time. Not to mention weekly threats of being fired and when you go to someone who can help, they try and bully you into bowing down.
