Pros
Flexible scheduling, good pay, PTO, overall decent environment with management who was willing to work with you if you were a reasonable employee. Working a customer service job should be a requirement for all people because it teaches you compassion for other working people.
Cons
Working with people who really didn't care about their job which would cause good employees to overwork themselves to make up for the slack. Employee discounts were pretty slim (5% off national brands, 10% off store brand). Many customers disliked the app and would take their frustration out on the employees who had zero say in the app decisions.
