      Ok place to work at.

      Cons

      I was eligible for early retirement plan benefits, health, dental and vision until myself AND spouse both reached age 65 and both went on Medicare. Albertsons terminated our benefits 14 months early.

      Pros

      Overtime, Low Customer Interaction, Easy to Learn, 10-minute break every 2 hours, simple computer training, pay raise eventually

      Cons

      30 minute unpaid, off-the-clock lunch, manager and store director don’t take issues and feedback well, no proper on the job training, learn as you go, pay is too low, high turnover rate, low staffing, unhealthy work environment, no benefits until 6 months of employment, 90 day watch period, call-ins discouraged and shamed even when sick
