      Pros

      Good salary and bonuses. Nice people. Full-time remote.

      Cons

      The amount of work is unbelievable, yet we have no help coming. Benefits cost to employees just went up with no additional benefits. They aren't that good to begin with. They're talking about bringing us back to the office, but that's ridiculous since we've been proving for two years that we can do this job from home.

      Pros

      None, no work life balance they want you there all the time. Pay is minimal and retirement even worse. If you can work unrestricted, anytime of the day and ALL holidays/weekends with days off varying from week to week and hours varying from week to week, than this is for you.

      Cons

      Hostile work environment from customers and management is always hiding from the hostile customers. Customers are ALWAYS right with this company. Don't fit in? Change yourself or move on. Very minimal room for growth and management is always complaining about sales even when you go beyond the projections. You will not be appreciated for your hard work unless you keep your mouth shut and expect to work nights/days/weekends and EVERY Holiday.
