If you are lucky and assigned a productive client, you may learn a lot and grow in your career.

Cons

Sink or swim mentality. You are all alone at the clients. No training at all, senior project managers don't even pick up their phones when you need to ask questions

Growing too fast and buying other businesses to properly train people and maintain employee relations. Poorly managed. Supervisors need more training in hr related issues.

Incredible benefits and retirement. Company is fairly laid back and willing to work with your schedule when situations arise.

Cons

ZERO training. You are thrown into projects and have to learn on the fly; or be left behind. Whatever they tell you about your job description in the interview, throw that out of the window. You scope will change on a whim with little to no warning. They promise you tools, but take months to come in (plan accordingly).
