Pros

Albireo had a great culture and allowed for a lot of growth. Was a customer and people focused business, they were set up for success…. Until Kone came in.

Cons

Leadership does not care about customers or employees. You can feel that the company is run by elevator folks that have no understanding of the business. Customers know it too. It is all about the finances and getting the next private equity sale across the finish line.
