At this time, there are no Pro's to working at Albireo. After the previous Elevator Executive team came in to "straighten out the books" there is no clear direction, and no position is safe from being terminated.

Cons

No clear business direction, and with their tarnished name in the industry they are not bringing in work, so they keep re-organizing and perpetuating the revolving door of managers. They promote from within on many occasions, but do not provide support or offer guidance, just criticism. You will spend all of your time cleaning up poorly sold and under-executed projects due to an untrained workforce and high turnover.
