Horrible culture and leadership/mentorship from management. There is no career development, so what position you start the company at, you will most likely finish in the same role. They hand you a massive laundry list of work to start the week and be expected to justify if something does not get completed. Low respect between analyst vs managers is pretty common here. They hired a new HR team to turn the culture around, but that hasn’t work and it has been a year. It’s all superficial positive behavior but HR and management will made unacceptable comments behind the scenes. In fact, most the the positive reviews on this page are written by HR or third party to boost the company ratings. They have fired people in the past (with 25 years experience with the company) for lousy reasons and play the favorite game. Constant revolving door. But! If you’re single and have no friends and like working 50-60 hours a week for low pay then this is the job for you!
