Pros

I had a very interesting jobs when I participated in the R&D activities designing Telephone Exchanges and access products (ADSL). I learnt to be a professional with them. I had the opportunity to participate in a motivated teams with a nice work environment

Cons

Like others multinationals, the expansion processes around the world meat to move jobs from Europe to Asia, with the result that the careers expectations are over when you are 50-54 years.

Pros

Salaires are decent, Excellent Benefits, like Health Insurance, PTO, Vacation Days

Cons

Not a career oriented company anymore, Business is very Customer driven, they kind of let the Customer push them around a little too much, High Turnover of people for the wireless projects, Projects can be Very Understaffed, with putting a major burden on the under management Employees, Contractors to do it all. Salary employees and Contractors tend to Work 50-55 hours a week and get paid for 40 hours.

Focus on innovation and customer oriented (Customer First). Good company to build a strong experience in technology and management. Very good team spirit worldwide. Solid processes implemented at corporate level to guide all employees in their job on a daily basis

Cons

Frequent re-organization. No wages increase and lack of compensation during several years due to finance unstability of the company. Dismantling of some activities.
