- Advanced Tech (in the beginning) - Customer relationship (Very happy customer$)

Cons

- all of the good people were either laid off or exited the company - terrible people, with very dubious character remained working at ALU Brazil - absolutely no sense of what Quality Control means - strange means of winning large project/sales contracts - management with a serious lack of technical skills - management incapable of thinking through innovative research and development process - documentation no one in the world reads - several workflow processes no one ever heard anything about - new opportunities that looked as sketchy as my 5 yo son's drawings
