Egos and Fear are what power this company

Pros

401k match, some of the people are very nice

Cons

There is a lot of fear that drives this place, which stems from the CEO surrounding himself with "yes people". This stifles innovation, creativity and employee growth and engagement. They can't sell the survey product and acquired a company where they shoved the talent out the door in droves, making it so they now can not sell the mobile product. A company that prioritizes the CEOs ego can never be successful. The employees will not experience psychological safety and anyone with half a brain will leave. If you are seeing openings here, it's because everyone quit or was fired for not meeting unrealistic expectations, not due to growth. Steer clear.
